i was alcoholic had just got sober met my twin flame the month after ... it was life changing the last 2 yrs have been crazy ... we fell , broke up and that changed me . we met in person a yr later came a couple got engaged then a few months later he visited and i started running broke it off ... i can't decide what i want he's my best friend

And at that point of individuation... do relationships feel just as close, or do they become something that's in your life like any other experience, but one you don't feel as deeply about, and therefore can let go of at any time? I'd like to know how to differentiate between what you feel for someone in love when you've individuated and what you feel when you haven't yet, so I can learn to recognize them... because I haven't had any examples of healthy relationships in my environment; I don't know what they look like or how they feel.thanks❤️🥰

Thank you for sharing your story. I have only been on this journey of finding myself for 6 months after an 8 month rollercoaster of what I believe to be my twinflame. We sparked an awakening within each other and were so spiritually connected and I still feel that pull now. I know that we both have a lot to do on our own and I can't be the one to fix him. I have been in such a rush to let the connection go and move on but forgetting it's only been 6 months. You have reminded me of the short period it has been and to just focus on myself.
