I was the only one amongst everyone in the entire class that missed test and even the makeup test due to some reasons. A month plus later after the lectures were round up for the coming exams, I went back to the lecturer to tell her that as she’d told me in the past to wait for another opportunity(maybe another test). Unfortunately, it didn’t come. She told me there was nothing she could do. When I heard it, I didn’t know how to feel. I knew how test we’re important, and I also knew that there was nothing like free marks neither was I expecting any special treatment. I cried o. I didn’t even know what to suggest at that point. I went back same day to beg, and she sent me away. The following day, I summoned courage to go back with no idea of what I’d even say that I hadn’t said the day before. Still the same. After the whole episode, she said there’s nothing that can be done. I’m the only one in the entire class and it’s been more than a month, except she’d cut out a piece of paper and call out a question for me to write at that moment for only 10 minutes in her office. Course rep said no, and I said yes, I will. You guys won’t believe the question was the exact one I know. I literally filled the paper in under 10 mins without lifting my head. She had to even tell me to stop writing. This opportunity is something that never happens especially with this lecturer as she is very strict. This is God’s doing. God has been so good to me I many ways. And I haven’t been so good to him but he always has my back. That’s my testimony.
