I wear 20 denir and size up 1 or 2 sizes. They don’t snag as easily and don’t compress you uncomfortably. Fun fact spray them with hairspray before you put them on to prevent snagging

Japanese tights are all that I wear bc of this. Idk if they sell them here but I bought many when I lived in Japan

you should wear your underwear over them so they stay up and then cut the waist band, i do it all the time with fishnets
