windows alone lets you turn the screen off in 15min by default, why would the oled monitor need it?

burn-in must still be a proeminent issue if they needed to put such a half-baked solution in to help mitigate it

I do, on samsung oled. But before it turns off, even if I am playing it says do something or it'll turn off in 1 minute. At least it alarms you before it does it, cuz when it happens mid game it's really annoying

it works perfectly for me. Make sure you wipe the sensor with their chemicals like they said in the instructions. Im also in full dark room so its crazy how perfectly it works for me

You paid an extra $200 to have that feature when you could have just bought the MSI version for the same monitor panel at a cheaper price.

It works. I set it up for it to adjust to my natural sitting position. (Forget the name where it adjusts to your distance) I only had it turn off when I’m playing on a controller leaning back.

I don’t have it but if I leave the room for a bit I usually just turn the monitor off or put the pc in sleep mode.

yes mate it works as intended, you need to update the firmware of your monitor as it is a known issue in asus oled monitors. my Samsung oled works perfect with this sensor and my asus oled as well but not as sensitive as the Samsung oled
