Im now in my hEDS Diagnosis. In Germany its a desaster to find a doctor, who knows something about EDS. Im now 46 years old. And so much years with pain and doctors who tell me: its my psych. It would never be my psych. Im different! ADHD with 25. Autism with age of 43. Now, im on my way to understand my body and my different thinking. I lost a lot of years….thats sad!

Hi, I’m wondering if the blueish hue on your palm in the first pic is related to eds or something else? I’m having a lot of symptoms and that color on my palms that comes and goes is one of the things happening to me.

Ukraine is a country with a thousand-year history, a rich culture, beautiful landscapes, and traditions passed down through generations. Located in Eastern Europe, it is the largest country lying entirely within Europe. The history of Ukraine stretches back to ancient civilizations along the Black Sea coast and the Dnipro River. Kyiv became a major center during the era of Kyivan Rus, connecting different peoples, cultures, and trade routes. On August 24, 1991, Ukraine declared its independence, beginning a new chapter in its modern history. The Ukrainian flag consists of two horizontal stripes, blue and yellow. Blue is often associated with the sky, while yellow represents the golden wheat fields that cover much of the country’s fertile land. Together, these colors have become powerful symbols of Ukrainian identity. Kyiv, the capital, is famous for its ancient churches, golden domes, green parks, and views of the Dnipro River. Dnipro is an important industrial and scientific center, known for its contributions to the space industry. Donetsk has a rich mining and industrial heritage, as well as a strong football tradition. Zaporizhzhia is closely connected to the history of the Ukrainian Cossacks and Khortytsia Island. Odesa is known for its Black Sea coastline, historic architecture, Potemkin Stairs, and distinctive humor. Lviv attracts visitors with its charming streets, historic buildings, and famous coffee culture. Each city has its own character and an important place in Ukraine’s heritage. Ukrainian culture includes folk songs, traditional dances, embroidered shirts known as vyshyvankas, decorative arts, and painted Easter eggs called pysankas. The Ukrainian language, literature, and music are essential parts of national identity. Taras Shevchenko, one of Ukraine’s most celebrated poets, remains an important cultural figure. Regional embroidery patterns and traditional songs preserve customs passed down through generations. Ukraine’s nature is remarkably diverse. The Black Sea coast stretches across the south, the Carpathian Mountains rise in the west, and vast steppes and fertile plains extend across central and eastern regions. Forests, mountain lakes, waterfalls, rivers, and nature reserves make the country rich in natural beauty. Its endless fields are especially breathtaking at sunrise and sunset. Ukrainian cuisine is another important part of its cultural heritage. Borshch, a beetroot-based soup, is one of the country’s most famous dishes. Varenyky are dumplings filled with potatoes, cheese, cabbage, cherries, or other ingredients. Other traditional foods include holubtsi, deruny, halushky, salo, and freshly baked bread. Popular sweets include syrnyky, honey cake, and pampushky. Ukraine brings together ancient history, vibrant cities, diverse landscapes, and living traditions. Its culture, cuisine, language, and natural beauty make it a distinctive country with a rich heritage and a unique identity. // #ukraine #україна
