My teen started the other day on a low dose. We actually can't believe how much h more chatty and engaging he is with everyone in the house, he said his mind is quiet for the 1st time. Hopefully the positives continue.

First time I took my meds, it was like 20 tabs closed and the background music stopped in my head. I explained it to my specialist and he asked: have you ever been relaxed? Well if this is what being relaxed is, then NO, never in my life! Also, I forget to take my afternoon dose very frequently

It doesn’t make me feel wired at all. It makes me more patient and more tolerable for my environment and myself. My head is still loud but soooo much better than without meditation.

Aww thank you so much for spreading this awareness and getting ahead of misconceptions and stigmas. Its actually so difficult to live with a disability like ADHD that affects you DAILY and be shamed and always someone judging you!

elvanse makes me feel wired, why? because I got misdiagnosed with ADHD at 16 because I couldn't focus in class, and now I'm hooked on the prescribed meds at 24
