I thought it was just mine, I got a trd off road and my driver door rattles, I think it’s the window to. Also does any one else’s tailgate rattle when you close any of the 4 doors? Dealer told me it’s normal.

there's a tsb for the brake squeal and assuming it's still under warranty talk to your dealer about getting both of these problems fixed.
