Before I had my surgery I was convinced I’d come home weighing less because I was going to keep eating healthy. The body just doesn’t work that way.

This made me chuckle because I'm 14 days post op and been saying it feels like I've had a bbl because my bum is so swollen! I'm about 10lb heavier than when I went at the minute so I feel you x

Most people are the same Jodie the scales will go up and down constantly whilst your body works hard to heal itself. You are looking really well ❤️❤️

I jad 6kg removed and it never reflected on the scale but dropped a clothes size lol. I wasn't aware at the time of being bigger after. took 12 months for my swelling to stop. my thighs was horrendous, same when had bpona dome 6 momths aho my thighs was huge again. x

Please don’t worry, it took my body a long time to recover after 360fdl, I’ve just had keyhole surgery and, yes I’m heavier again than before that surgery, but I know eventually I’ll get back to my pre op weight, the body really is a miracle how it protects itself, take care x

I was same...they removed about 5kg of skin but I was heavier due to swelling it's crazy 🤪

It’s like when you have a baby for example I delivered a 7lb 3 baby and probably the same in fluid went in 11st 3 came out 48 hours later 12st the body goes into shock and survival mode. Personally I think you look incredible and love seeing your journey people should not be leaving you negative comments
