In 1974, a performance artist named Marina Abramović did something terrifying. She stood completely still… for 6 hours. And told strangers: “I am just an object. You can do whatever you want to me.” On a table next to her… There were 72 items. Some harmless… like flowers. Others… not. Scissors. Chains. A knife. And even… a loaded gun. At first, people were gentle. They gave her a rose. Posed her arms. Treated her like art. But then… Something changed. When they realized she wouldn’t react… They stopped seeing her as human. They cut her clothes. Wrote on her skin. Pushed her body. One man even put the gun in her hand… And pointed it at her neck. And no one stopped him. For 6 hours… She didn’t move. Didn’t speak. Didn’t fight back. When it was finally over… And she started walking again… The same people who hurt her… Couldn’t even look at her. They ran away. Because suddenly… She was human again.
