AC/DC performed a legendary set at  Oakland Coliseum Stadium on July 21, 1979, as part of the Day on the Green No.3 festival. Often referred to as "The Monsters of Rock" show, the band appeared third on a star-studded bill that included Ted Nugent, Aerosmith, Frank Marino & Mahogany Rush, and St. Paradise.
