It's a valid question. My daughter (full grown) gets debilitating headaches, the first question I ask is if she's drank water that day because every single time the answer is no.

Coming from someone who suffers from chronic migraines and even has a prescription for them, I can tell most of the time when a migraine is coming on, and if I happen to be in the car, I’m not going to pull over and record a video. I’m going to do what I have to do to get home as quickly as possible so I can get all of the things that I need and go lay in bed. And yes, one of those things that I need when I’m in bed is in fact water. I do my very best to stay hydrated when I have a migraine.

That’s always my husbands first question when I say I have a headache but 9 out of 10 times I haven’t drank enough water that day lol 😂

My husband always asks me “did you have water today?” When I have a migraine or just feeling bad and usually it’s a “no” but I don’t get mad or make a video making fun of him or degrading him. He asks because he cares. Sometimes water is the answer to migraines or to other things.
