I'm from Turkey, my grandparents live in a village by the Black Sea so we know beekeepers that sell mad honey. It is very healthy (in very little moderation, im saying like a teaspoon at a time) eaten when sick. It is very bitter though, and I avoid it myself cuz I had my fair share of drug issues in the big city and mental illness. But I am curious on it, it is used quite often here as folk medicine, the village folk are cautious and knowledged with it

We have an ornamental rhododendron outside of her house when I was a kid. My mom always told me to leave it alone that it was poisonous and I didn’t listen to her and I was chewing on a leaf. I got really sick for days and I was too scared to tell her cause she told me not to eat it. Here’s some member feeling really really weird and I could taste it for like a week straight scary.
