@phaxor1: Even after weeks of intense Israeli and U.S. airstrikes that heavily damaged Iran’s integrated air-defense network, the country still managed to hold onto mobile and survivable surface-to-air missile systems—likely from the Khordad or Raad families, or newer IRGC variants. These systems are especially hard to take out because they rely on low-emission tactics, can quickly relocate, and often use passive sensors instead of active radar. On top of that, given the vast size of the country, fully securing its entire airspace would be incredibly challenging—if not outright impossible.
