you don't need a lawyer. file a motion for paternity in family court pro-se. most states are 50/50 so just keep documenting and keep trying even when she makes it hard. use this evidence to show judge she is not acting in the best interest of the child and you will get your timeshare.

I mean it’s wrong but it’s her choice. Celebrate holidays with her take pictures and keep the stuff at your house. It’s a sad situation but she’s not obligated to bring the stuff you get her to her home even by court If it’s not school related . Don’t let that get you down keep showing up for her
