Ugh… no one warned me about runny mix. Make sure when you mix it’s not runny and still has a thick texture to it or you will have to start baking it at a lower temp to let the middle cook appropriately

My batter was a little runny so i baked at 350 for 45 then upped temp to 375 for another 15 it’s beautiful!
