Cajun pasta w/ salmon recipe💕 Ingredients: • 1 lb rigatoni pasta • 3 cloves garlic, minced • cherry tomatoes, chopped • bell peppers, chopped • onion, chopped • 1/2 stick butter • 1 tablespoon tomato paste • 2 cups heavy cream • 1 teaspoon salt, pepper, cajun, lemon pepper, smoked paprika, onion & garlic powder, slap ya mama seasoning • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese • mozzarella shredded cheese for extra cheesy • salmon Recipe: - I started on chopping my bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, onion and garlic cloves, set aside. - Season salmon with 1 teaspoon of salt, black pepper, garlic & onion powder, paprika, old bay & slap ya mama seasoning. - Lightly coat salmon with avocado oil. - Place in air fryer on 400°F for 12-15 mins or until internal temperature of 145°F. - In a pot with boiling water, add salt and your pasta, boil according to the package directions. - Now for the sauce, in a pan over medium heat add 1/2 stick butter and melt down. - Add your chopped onion & minced garlic, along with the bell peppers and cherry tomatoes. - Cook for 2 mins then add in your seasonings, I used 1 teaspoon salt, black pepper, garlic & onion powder, paprika, old bay, slap ya mama seasoning & lemon pepper. - Cook for a few mins then add 1 tablespoon tomato paste. - Add 2 cups heavy cream and mix. - Add your pasta back and stir, now on low heat. - Add some pasta water to sauce. - Add about 1/4 cup or more of Parmesan cheese as well as mozzarella cheese.
