Bounce back? Nah. It’s always been about moving forward and rebuilding even stronger. Bounce back culture will have you believe the goal after having a baby is to get back to where you were as fast as possible. Which often leads to frustration, shame, unhealthy habits, injury and burnout. Moving sooner and harder than your body is ready for. And to be clear, I’m not against early postpartum movement. I’m for doing it in a way that actually honors where your body is at. When you slow down, heal, connect and move in a way that meets you in the season you’re in, what’s waiting on the other side is a version of you that’s stronger, more connected, and doing the things you love without your body holding you back. I’m not as far along as my other postpartums if I were to compare. But every single season is different. You honor the season you are in with what you have. And my mental health is better than it’s been in the last five years. That’s everything. All women deserve these tools. And news flash, most are given very little understanding about training and their deep core. You deserve to understand what’s happening in your body. To heal it the right way. To come back strong and get after what you love without your body fighting you. My app has the tools to get you there. Pelvic floor PT backed postpartum rehab. A Rebuild program to bring you back to exercise safely. And training that gets you genuinely strong and athletic.
