It’s called post inflammatory acne scaring! Which can lead to hyperpigmentation or red inflamed scarring which the area is compromised I’m educating here been and esthetician for 5 years! You absolutely have to treat the acne to work ahead the and treat the area to prevent pigment girly

Touching the dropper contaminates the entire bottle btw. You don’t want to transfer acne bacteria into the bottle.
