@jake.theplantguy: can probably tell how I ended up loving plants so much. I was always surrounded by them, inside and outside the house growing up. My mom is an amazing mom, but also a seriously great plant parent, and I think a lot of that rubbed off on me. My mom grew up doing this Easter tradition back in the 60s where her dad, my grandpa, would hide dyed eggs around their home with money written on them in marker, 25 cents, 50 cents, maybe a dollar if you got lucky, and kids from the neighborhood and family would all come over every year to look for them. Even though Janey and I are adults and don’t have kids yet, we still get to be the ones running around looking for eggs and it’s honestly so much fun. I found the golden egg this year. I love my parents, my mom really makes this stuff so special. Hope you guys got to spend some good time with your family today.
