I’ve seen people say it throws off their PH, game them UTIS and stuff so I’m scared to get them. But also comments in the reviews say not to take it everyday and rather 3-4 times a week. So I’m conflicted if I should try them or not. I don’t want to give myself issues I don’t already have.
