When I joined the company, I learned from colleagues who had resigned before that the first document they were asked to sign was the visa cancellation. They told me it was normal to sign it because, according to them, the company would release the end-of-service benefits within 14 days after the cancellation. Based on their experience, I also signed the visa cancellation. However, my situation turned out differently. After I signed, the company completely ignored my follow-ups regarding my EOS. I went to their office several times over nearly three months, but they kept avoiding the issue. Eventually, I found out that I would not receive anything because I had already signed the visa cancellation documents.😢😢😢

Ma’am How about the imployer terminate the imployee without any termination letter or 1 month notice? It’s been two months already the salary didn’t give and the settlement as well.

what if after the expiration of the labour card and Emirates id.and they are still trying to delay the cancelation then what to do? should we legal action against the company or not because their simple moto of delay is to waste the grace period of employees...

My previous company still didnt cancelled my visa even i already resigned from them its been a year already but still no progress and now my visa already have fines under there company please enlighten what i can do for this.
