I always tell my son that I love him but I won't give him everything he wants he needs to learn to be responsible for himself. he is 9 years old but he has savings box, he cleans, washes the dishes and does his own bed. he is independent and also manages around other people.

My son is 7 years old I taught him that he needs to take responsibility of everything he does, ngithi he lost one of his school shoes before the schools closed then he has been wearing tracksuit to school and tekkies, told his dad to buy shoes wathi akanamali okay sharp boy went to visit for school holidays and yesterday he came back with R100 that he got from his granny and he asked me if the money he has can buy school shoes😊 that right there showed me that I’m raising a responsible boy coz even him losing his shoe I know it was a mistake coz he never loses anything I just hope he grows up like this ❤️
