@snatched.anna: Feeling a bit hungry is normal. Most people think you should never feel hungry, like the second you feel even a tiny bit you need to eat straight away. No. That’s not how it works. You don’t need to react to every signal. Sometimes you just wait until your next meal. Even at maintenance you’re not supposed to feel full all day. If you’re constantly full, like never even slightly hungry, you’re probably just eating too much. People act like hunger is something wrong. It’s not. Hunger is not starvation. You’re not meant to feel stuffed 24/7. There will be moments: before meals, between meals, maybe a bit in the evening… that slight “I could eat” feeling that’s completely normal. What’s not normal is being starving, shaky, thinking about food all day. But that hunger will push you to eat 100%. But being a little bit hungry sometimes? That’s just a normal, healthy body.
