@edehoupline: I wish i knew this back when i was racing… That most cyclist think they train their “Core Stability” while they actually just training their abs. But a sixpack is makes you look nice but doesn’t make you faster on the bike! From my experience racing and coaching, this is what actually makes the difference if you have a strong “Core Stability”: → staying stable in position → controlling your pelvis → transferring power without loss Use these excercises to train your deep core stability: • Shoulder blade push-ups • Beast hold micro climbers • Single leg hip lift • Reverse plank hold And remember… It’s not about how much you move.
