Im supposed to get induced on Wednesday May 13th im absolutely terrified. Likely would be getting the foley balloon and i do not want it at all due to being scared of the pain. Im not dilated at all as of last week..

This is such an important reminder! As an L&D nurse, I see so many first-time moms come in expecting things to happen overnight, and the pressure they put on themselves can be so tough. Patience truly is the most important tool in our kit. Taking it one step at a time and allowing the body to adjust safely makes a world of difference.
