Every time I repot it springs up 😅 even if I shouldn’t have repotted or sized up or sized up wayyy more than I should of it thrives

Top growth stops, but the roots continue on until they are reestablished. Then top growth resumes.

So I have a 40 year pothos I’m bringing back to life for a family friend- I repotted months ago and didn’t check roots like I should. She’s shooting growth on one side but looks like some roots are rotted in the middle?? No idea what to do here. 😭
