keep fighting!! the same has happened to me and I promise you can get back to where you want to be, your progress isn't lost. the biggest advice I can give you is to focus on your mental health just as much and healing your relationship with food and your body. the more you feel like shit about yourself the more you will want to comfort eat (well thats the case for me). I think you are absolutely gorgeous exactly how you are and you should be so confident before I even watched the tiktok and knew what it was about I genuinely was like wow she's so pretty. I relate to a lot lot of what you said and I really appreciate you bring vulnerable online and sharing this as it makes me feel less alone. you are worth so so much more than a number on a scale. another thing I have found is loosing weight very slowly and not being very strict. make progress slowly as if you restrict so much you hit a point where it's making you miserable and you give in but if you do it slowly and still eat foods you want to eat just in smaller portions and balance eating yes you may lose weight slower but it will stay. I am so proud of you and want you to know you aren't alone and I think you are so strong. I'm 19 in Australia too, idk where you are but I'm from Perth and it you ever want someone to talk to I am here. I am struggling with binge eating and restriction and healing my relationship with food and my body. you've got this girl!!!!

I was in the same boat and have just gotten back into my deficit. Back yourself and visualise how you will feel (and look) once you achieve your goals. Don’t overcomplicate it, keep it simple. Don’t be too restrictive - still enjoy your favourite foods, just find some staple meals that are yummy but will keep you on track. You can do hard things!! 🩷🩷

I feel like the 80/20 rule would work well for you, where 80% of the time you're eating healthy and whole foods and the other 20% is whatever you want. But remember if you're at the start of your journey this will happen where you slip or fall but remember taking 3 steps forward and one step back is better than taking no steps forward.

Lose it sustainably you won’t gain it back. Also include high protein and fibre foods , it’s hard & it will take time but be patient & it’s fine if your not perfect everyday, you can also include sweets & your favourite food here and there. Good luck

you have got this girl!! i have always struggled with food and gone in and out of diets (restricting then binging) and it consumed my life for years during high school. Please just have fun, done be hard on yourself and learn to love yourself from the inside out. That’s what has worked for me the best 💫

dont worry, me too girl. before christmas i was 105kg and now im 112kg. it took me a year to get dowm from 116kg to 105kg. im 17 and i know exactly how you feel. together we will get back on track!
