I recently submitted a new claim for migraines I went from 30% to 50% didn’t have a C&P exam or anything I just submitted all my evidence (ER visits) and they made a decision the same week..my VSO rep told me the reason they made a decision so fast was because all they needed was my evidence proving my migraines were worse..don’t give up keep fighting 🔥🔥

They denied me and didn’t even give me an exam. 13000 pages of medical evidence and they said “nah” 😭 now I get to start all over.

for your C&P exams, everyone please remember when they ask questions about how bad something is you want to explain it as if it is your worst day. Even if you may not be feeling like that at that moment in time, you need to express to them how you feel on your worst day because that is what the VA needs in order to try to make that decision and the more you play it up, the higher the percentage could possibly be
