@flavorsbyfrangipane: Chaos in the kitchen Probably the most out there video I’ve ever made, but social media can feel so serious sometimes and it’s fun to just let loose and express yourself🤍 These are the viral chicken caesar smashed tacos, and it probably would’ve taken me 20 min to cook this full meal if I wasn’t playing with my food lol Recipe -1 lb ground chicken -2 tsp minced garlic -1 tsp salt -1 tsp pepper -8 medium flour tortillas -1 tbsp oil (for the pan or Blackstone) -2 cups chopped romaine lettuce -1/3 cup Parmesan cheese -Croutons Caesar Dressing (or store-bought) -1/2 tbsp lemon juice -2 tbsp olive oil -1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce -2 tsp minced garlic -1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt -2 tsp Dijon mustard -Salt & Pepper to taste 1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, garlic, salt, and pepper. 2. Scoop about 2 tbsp of chicken onto each tortilla and press it out evenly with a fork or hands. 3. Heat your Blackstone (or pan) over medium-high and lightly oil the surface. 4. Place the tortillas chicken side down and cook for 4–5 minutes. 5. Flip and cook another 3 minutes until the tortilla is lightly toasted. 6. While those cook, whisk together the dressing until smooth. Mix with chopped lettuce & croutons. 7.
