I feel the pain! 🥺 it’s soo hard I’ve stopped even going out to eat. It’s such a drain constantly checking ingredients and the prices are ridiculous. I have found though Tesco pigs in blankets and Aldi are gluten free if you read the ingredients xx

Hi lovely! Is your dietician private or through the NHS?I haven’t had a dietician appointment since I was 16 and sometimes I just feel like I need someone else to talk through things with someone other than my GP who doesn’t take coeliac seriously 🥲
