@hackiebackup: The most important thing is that there’s no cookie cutter approach. Start low. Work up slowly. Wait a minimum of 4 weeks between each increase.
3 weeks in, started at .5mg, weight loss stalled so I’m going to increase to 1mg 🥲 hopefully the side affects are mild

I’m on 5mg Reta. Transitioned from Mounjaro 12.5. Food noise is more & I don’t feel it has helped me. If I didn’t have 9 months supply I might go back. I lost 90 on Mounjaro, just maintaining on Reta. All my numbers are good, just not seeing results I want on Reta. Working out, eating protein, fruit and veggies.

After 4 weeks of 1 mg, I felt like it was losing efficacy. Thinking of going to 1.5 or 2.

I started reta 5 march @ 1 mg a week and still have an appetite. I also started tesa on 16 march. I'm working out and doing cardio at least 2hrs a day. Have not had any side affects. I'm kinda concerned about what I should be feeling

livingwithpeptides :
Let:
Aₙ = amount in your system just after week n dose
D = your weekly dose, r = fraction remaining after 1 week
Then:
A_n = D + rA_{n-1}
That means:
new amount = this week’s dose + leftover from last week

I was on Tirz 2.5mg for 7 weeks before switching to Reta. Started Reta on 1mg and 2 weeks later increased it to 1.5. Now I been on 1.5 for 5 weeks so far. Working great about the same appetite suppression as Tirz

I’m kinda petite + only looking to lose about 5 -8 lbs from mold toxicity weight + lower inflamation. Thoughts on a staring dose for that goal?
