Then mix in ine egg at a time and both extracts, add in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Then pour in the buttermilk. Fill the cupcake liners halfway then make balls out of alluminum foil and make the bunny shape, bake at 350F for 15 minutes. Foe the frosting, whip the hevay cream, powdered sugar, vanilla pudding and both extracts, pipe on the cooled cupcakes and dip them in the coconut shreds.
