So why does my primary Dr keep trying to give it to me knowing I already have muscle atrophy from being bedridden most days from bad sciatica in both hips and legs. Even though I was newly diagnosed in Jan and completely chang3d my lifestyle in 2 weeks and sugars were controlled without it. Im actually walking 3 miles a day now and gained back some muscle I lost and lost 20lbs of visceral fat. Can't wait for my new a1c in 2 weeks

Opposite for me, I am on metformin and I eat high protein, fiber diet strength training. I have PCOS and I have gain so much muscle. 💪🏻💪🏻🤷♀️
