You were a threat. I’m a city girl and I know that if a coyote came out out of a hiding place, growling teeth showing that she’s protecting babies. Plus, if you crawled up into that space, she’s going to smell you when she comes back and of course she’s going to protect her babies by moving them.

thats right.i was clearing some woods ine time and left for dinner and when I came back driving uo to spot a momma coyote was running out with pup in her mouth....was a cool thing to see.guess we was too close to her den.
