Yes, Eucharistic Adoration is profound. But remember that you don’t have to wait for that special time. You can talk to Jesus when He’s in the tabernacle.

I’ve been praying for months and months. I go to adoration, I go to church, I pray novenas. I ask God to feel His presence and His guidance. I pray for what I’m grateful for and what I am struggling with. I pray to God when I feel that I’m at rock bottom and I feel nothing. I don’t feel His presence, I don’t feel His guidance, I don’t feel Him speak to me. I feel so discouraged because I am always seeing these videos saying if you do this, God will help you or speak to you. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I’m trying so hard to have patience and trust but feeling nothing for months has really been bothering my heart and mind.

I've been going before/after work whenever possible. I use the time to practice praying the rosary, read my Bible, and offer up prayers for those around me that need His help. It is a truly peaceful and fulfilling practice, something I strongly encourage everyone to do.

I can stay inside the adoration chapel for 1 hour and pray to Jesus and I tell him stories that happened to me in 1 week its like I'm talking to my mom or my brother. I tell him all my worries and happiness and I sometimes cry. I don't care if the people inside the adoration chapel sees me crying, what matter is I was able to pour out to Jesus what's inside my heart.After that I feel so cleansed and blessed. No person can heal our wound spiritually and emotionally but only Jesus.

I was feeling weighed down today and I went to adoration and I felt wayyy better. Jesus is truly our father who helps us feel better when we’re down.

most times I go there before I really speak to him I usually yawn like 10times I really can't get it...it's not that I be sleepy or hungry but I yawn n yawn n yawn then later I get well. one time after too much yawning I dozed off😳then in those few seconds I got adream when Avery white figure was sitted next to me...n he said to me Josephine u came we talk but now u sleeping ...I woke up immediately n kind of turned immediately to see where the person was sitted ...I felt soo happy n I started to speak to him...it was wonderful
