The link is in my profile or go to fitfoodieselma.com🥰 • ingredients for about 8 servings: 3 mashed very ripe bananas 1/4 cup olive oil or melted coconut oil (60 ml) 2 eggs 1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt (120 ml / 125 g) (optional: if you like want your banana bread to be sweeter, add 2 tablespoons maple syrup) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup (gluten-free) oat flour (240 ml) 1 cup almond flour (240 ml) 2 teaspoons cinnamon 2 teaspoons baking powder 1.7 oz. 80% dark chocolate chunks (50 g) • optional toppings: dark chocolate chips • 1. Mix the wet ingredients together 2. Add the flours, cinnamon and baking powder and stir 3. Fold in the chocolate chunks 4. Pour into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper 5. Bake at 180 Celsius / 350 Fahrenheit for about 45 - 50 minutes 6. Some adjustments to make it healthier: instead of 1 cup almond flour and 1 cup oat flour, just stick to oat flour. Add 2 tblsp of olive oil and stevia if you want it sweeter. Add only 30g of dark chocolate (less sugar and calories) if you cut it into 10 slices the approximate macros are (calories: 165 kcal, protein: 6g, carbs: 22g, fat: 6g per slice.)
