@grillnation: Have you ever wondered how to get the BEST crispy chicken wings on a pellet smoker? I made these Chipotle Honey Adobo Wings on the @Pit Boss Grills Navigator 1600, but let me share my protip for crispy skin: it's all about moisture control! Pat dry the wings and place them in the fridge for one hour to dry out, then spray with a neutral fat and season generously before placing in your pellet smoker at 400 degrees. 30 mins in, flip em, and 20 mins later you got the PERFECT crispy chicken wings 🤌🏼
