I love Norton’s lore and his dynamic with Orphy so much! It’s so compelling to me how in a lot of ways Orphy is so close to what Norton wanted to be, while Norton is a constant reminder of Orphy’s past he’s tried so hard to forget! 😩

Listen idc if you're learning and do some mistakes, what I won't take is when people need everything written down and can't understand that things can be HINTED and not always wrote directly. /Alva & Lucas clear father & son (or family like) bond especially considering luca would've been high school age when they met. Norton fears poverty because it feels like a hole he was sunk into with the light from the surface above his head that he can’t go back up to. Him fearing being poor would make him into an egotistical maniac who would not take pity on people who were in the same situation as him.. to which he isn’t.. his trauma comes from having no real freedom because of how unreachable his sources were.. not because he wasn’t rich like he wanted.. 🧐
