On tables and chairs, do you hold security deposit if you have to spend a large amount of time cleaning them or just if damaged? We received some back from the weekend and they were beyond just rinsing them off.

Do you advertise to people that they can choose a certain serving size and they can pick up their own product if they want more? I have three clients and listed on Sunday! Maybe I'm just wanting more but I'm losing people from delivery fees and I think to other business who are a tad cheaper but only rent for a day rather than full weekend. Wondering if that would put me over the top or if I'd be shooting myself in the foot

I’m wondering how you handle the snowcone machine-the flavors that go with it-do you give the customer the full bottles of flavors or do you pour half of it into other bottles so I can use it for more than one customer? Do you tell them need to get their own ice? I’m stuck in all the logistics of it.
