teenage girl here i just went home because 45 minutes into my shift some grown man got mad i wasnt smiling and began to yell at me and said i was a ‘fing idiot’ and ‘fing ignorant’ and kept going until i cried and said i should ‘cry to my mom’ so yeah no dollar tree is not it

And u are correct 💯. DT corp. office, doesn't care 😔 at all! But they should.....if they want to stay in business! Just saying..... But they don't seem to care 😔. There's soooo many lawsuits too. MANY people, both workers and customers have sued them for different stuff. For an example, they steal our 💰 constantly, workers I mean. I NEVER accurately get my full amount I am supposed to get each paycheck. If u choose to work overtime to help out ur team at hand, expect to work for free basically....and they make us clock out for our breaks at that. I figured it out....by law they are supposed to pay us for our one 15 minutes break (yet tell us we have to clock in and out.....which is odd cuz I never had to do that with other jobs before.) but they aren't! They are not paying me for my breaks. And if I work overtime, I am basically working for free.....cuz they changed my time on my clocked out sheet. This last paycheck, I am missing $30-$40 off my paycheck.....and yes, I know about taxes but I did the math correctly and I am STILL missing $20-$40 every paycheck! So....corp is stealing my money!! There's MANY lawsuits cuz of this! They have a bunch of other lawsuits as well ❤️🩹 like OSHA violations and not paying people for workers comp if they got injured on the job....constantly wrongfully firing people too.
