The ramp isn't too strong, so I imagine it will primarily be for landfall/landsac decks to get triggers. Like scapeshift already does everywhere but standard.

Literally run Amulet of Vigor. 1cmc artifact, your permanents etb untapped instead. MASSIVE value is decks like this with a lot of tapped lands.

Everybody out here like "oh it sucks unless you play *THE MOST COMMON DECK TYPE THAT CARES ABOUT THE CARD*". Not to mention, in Standard, if you've got Icetill Explorer out, you can just grab back your two sacced lands immediately and voila you've ramped from 4 to 8 in one turn.
