Okay so anyone here have an OG Quip? My family purchased one for each member- we’ve had the LIFETIME WARRANTY and monthly auto subscription since day 1. Seems since the company was purchased by the big corp- quality has dropped and they continually stop working. We know ALL the troubleshooting tips BY HEART. what is most frustrating is the obnoxious amount of AI generated responses with zero results for the LIFETIME WARRANTY. Love our quips when they work- hate the new customer service and absolute lack of replacement without going through fifteen thousand steps and emails.
