Today I worked with a group of young tennis players focusing on: – trunk stability – hip control – spinal mobility Because real power in tennis doesn’t come from the arms, it comes from how well you can control and transfer energy through your body. This is where Pilates makes a real difference. It builds strength without stiffness, improves coordination, and helps prevent injuries over time. I work with clients privately to develop this kind of strength in a more personalized way. I currently offer private Pilates sessions at home (mat and reformer-based depending on your setup).
