We've just loved uwajimaya for a while and this little burger stand in their food court is a hidden gem. Did I also eat a Banh Mi & Spam Musubi in the same sitting? Yes I did. Uwajimaya Seattle is the best, love that store and the food selection is awesome. the one in Beaverton Oregon just isn't as big and doesn't have a food court just the best sit down Ramen restaurant in town
