@lifeonwilde: I make most of my art! Some of my very favorite pieces are actually made from trash. 😂 . I get a lot of questions about the white mixed media piece, and it is made 100% from old canvas and scraps from former art projects, old costume jewelry, etc. Also. not featured in this reel (she’s in storage till it’s time for spring decorating) is a piece I made entirely from Japanese rice candy boxes 😙 . The ones I don’t make, I get from local artists like taraleighart and velvetmush, they’re given to me as gifts from friends, created by my siblings, thrifted, and very rarely, I pick up prints/posters online. Anything can be art if you have a vision, but if you struggle in the creativity realm, visit your local art festival this summer 🥹 I promise you’ll find some amazing one of a kind pieces, and you’ll be supporting local artists 🥹🫶🏼 . . . . . .
