The kids and I go out into the yards and hillside and pull wild onion/garlic and I dehydrate them and make a powder. We love it!

They quit making green onion dip years ago. So I dehydrate green onions and make my own. Glad to know someone else does this too!

onions are cheap at the store. onion powder in bulk isn't. a dehydrator and some cheap onions, a cheap 10.00 blender and you have the best onion powder. I've been wanting to plant onions but I haven't taken the time to learn the ins and outs.

Love to see this stuff! Done it my whole life. Majority of the people don’t have a clue. Not their fault. If you weren’t fortunate enough to grow up on a farm you just wouldn’t know. Plus, getting the hell worked out of you growing up but I wouldn’t trade it for nothing in the world!🤣🤣🤣
