I have this exact same ban on 2 out of 3 of my accounts and have not been able to get it reversed on either. I have live chatted 8 times on one acct. Had manual appeal and still got denied. I am a spotlight creator with over 200 points on every account and strong GMV. I don't know what to do either, it's BAD

Update! My appeal got approved! I submitted the required drivers license photos, 3 photos showing that my other account is in good standing. Then I wrote a blurb about how I follow TikTok shop guidelines and I believe this violation was made in error. I kindly asked for a manual review. It took about four days before it was approved. Thank you for your guidance and encouragement!

My agency had to submit 2 appeals to get this account back. I had to submit a picture of my ID front and back, a video stating my name and date showing my ID front and back, a statement saying I wasn’t associated with any risky accounts with a list of my accounts, and a video stating my name, date, and tour of the areas I film in.

I’ve had this escalated to TikTok by one of TikTok shop highest seller rep, and still was denied after literally basically sumbiting enough stuff to get a passport. I really don’t know if you’re ever going to get this violation undone unfortunately

I’ve heard if you’ve had a banned account before, basically nothing can overlap with your new account such as IP address, device, bank account, etc. Not sure if this is true.

This was a big problem for Amazon sellers a while back. A lot of marketplaces have this policy. They’ll use address Ip bank account info etc to determine who owns an account and cross reference it with banned accounts. On Amazon the solution was providing the business docs showing that the owner of the related account wasn’t actually the owner of the banned account that was flagged. I’m guessing TikTok has a semi similar mechanism in place and the solution is probably similar in nature

This happened to me in Jan I asked for help on CC and got none , I spent 4 wks for 2 acts on with customer support my original act is permanent locked on business act ( I was trying to problem solve and I switched my linked to seller act 3 times ) my showcase is gone support won’t fix it after begging support to fix my original act suddenly my other act was restored but was told sorry we can not fix ur issue being locked on a business act , lost my showcase, never had a violation previous to it
