You made only one mistake. Once the pan is heated you lift it up in the air and let it lose contact with the stove for 8-10 seconds then you put the butter which should melt white colour not brown 😊 and then you put the eggs

if you’re using butter you dont have to take it up to that heat point, that just burns your butter and may taste off, if im using butter i just cook it on low
