The other day this guy came in and was like, " didnt get my cookies last time, can I get them this time?" So I asked if he called and spoke to a manager, and he says "no, I thought you guys worked on the honor system." And I replied with, " I dont know you, I dont know if you have honor. Also, this is capitalist America. We run on money. You gotta call if we mess up."

when I first started at a smoke shop I had a customer come in trying to use a digital coupon for something but the coupon she had was not for that store. she told me the manager always let's her use it. I told her then she can come back when the manager was there. as for tonight I was not going to use it unless it had OUR store name at the top. she left mad as crap.
