Yep, you’re spot on… Commercial Real Estate operates based on occupancy. A property that is fully occupied is more valuable than a vacant property. The value actually does change based on occupancy.

Yeah that's so easy, just need to tell millions of people that they "can make a ton of money" to find you house to flip, and thus make your work for you, while just a few will actually make cash from all that work.
